  • Hi -- I am 58, and not very consistent about dieting or exercise. But I want to try harder as I feel better (arthritis in the knees and back) when I am thinner and have more muscle mass. How can I exercise other than taking walks without joining a gymn, etc.? How can I know what is most effective?
  • They say exercise changes our mood swings. Maybe try going out for a quick walk when you feel like binge eating. Exercise helps curb apetite too.
