You definitely need more sodium than that, and having so little could be very dangerous to your health. Aim for 1500.

For me, water IS my normal drink. I do drink a Diet Dr. Pepper every day. It doesn't interfere with weight loss.

A Rolls Royce Corniche because I'm solid and expensive but not as fancy as the REALLY expensive models.

I like to make my own. The latest batch is pomegranate-cognac gelato. Alton Brown has a really good chocolate ice cream recipe online, too.

I really enjoy getting my Graze box every two weeks. The snacks are just right from throwing in my purse and eating on my break at work. I like most of the things they've sent, and a few of them I love.

It doesn't. There are no negative calorie foods.

My favorite (vegetarian) pizza topping combos: Wing sauce, cheddar cheese, peppers of whatever kind(s) you have available (bell, pepperoncini, jalapeno, etc.), hot sauce Olive oil and lots of garlic, your cheese of choice, mushrooms and more mushrooms, a bit of red onion ETA: Also, if you tear kale leaves up into little…

Poached eggs are easy, too, so if you get bored with scrambled that might be a new thing to try. Here's my favorite egg recipe, that might work with scrambled, too: http://allrecipes.com/recipe/turkish-style-eggs/detail.aspx

The best tip I can give is to log everything as accurately as possible and to eat all the way to your calorie goal. You might have trouble doing that with super-strict "clean" eating. It's okay to get some of your calories from processed foods or other "unclean" foods you enjoy. The key is to weigh and measure foods so…

For years I have taken my coffee black, either hot or iced, but recently I've enjoyed putting a little cream and sometimes even a little sugar in it. Just depends on my mood.

Cheese (Havarti if I had to pick a specific one)

I really enjoy a nice bowl of cabbage soup-- in fact, I think I'll make some for supper tonight-- but I fit it in with all kinds of other foods and generally try to hit my macro targets.

I went over yesterday, too, for Mothers' Day, and I have no regrets whatsoever! After work we went to my favorite Indian restaurant where we had pakoras and samosas for an appetizer, and I had paneer tikka masala for my entree. Ate ALL the rice they gave me with it, and drank a salted lassi for good measure. Followed up…

MFP recommends 100% of the RDA, not 100 mg. That said, it might be smart after a few months or a year to have your doctor check your iron levels and make personal recommendations based on that.

Rice is not unhealthy unless you eat far too much of it at a time. Just measure yours out and eat the amount that fits your calorie goal.

I love my kitchen scale and don't find it inconvenient at all to use it, so why wouldn't I choose to have the most accurate information I can get in my log?

The midwest tends to have lower cost of living than the coastal areas, but they do have all four seasons, so if you want sunny all the time, that might not be a good choice for you. http://money.cnn.com/calculator/pf/cost-of-living/ <<< This might help you think through some of your options.

Yup, that and pasta.

My usual "lunch" at work is a Quest bar, sometimes with something from my latest Graze box. Since my break is short, lunch is really just a snack and I make up the rest of the calories later. Here are some other things I might use if I ran out of Quest bars: Chobani Champions yogurt tubes-- keep in the freezer until you…

Are you not having grains? Dairy? Eggs? What about beans and lentils? Veggie burger/meat substitutes? Will be very hard to get enough protein on fruit and veggies only, I think. I've been vegetarian since 1989, but I eat grains, dairy, eggs, legumes, etc.

Stop by the liquor store and pick one up, then!

Honestly, Spanx and not wearing shorts or short sleeves is what works for me.

I think it would be fun to meet up with MFP friends for lunch or something. I probably wouldn't give anyone my home address or phone number until after we had met a few times on neutral turf. (I'm married to one of my MFP friends, but that happened long before we came to the site.)

You pretty much have to go try things on, since even within clothing brands, sizing can vary from style to style. If you want a general idea, try looking at the size chart on a catalog website. The ones on Amazon.com tend to be fairly accurate, from what I've seen, too.
