When I made my hopes and fears post, I actually managed to trigger a panic attack. :-/ I sort of shut down for a little while, but I DIDN'T eat more calories than I allotted for myself that day. (The temptation would have been to procure mass quantities of Indian food.) That counts as some sort of win, I believe.
