Going over occasionally is not a big deal. Plus if you are under for the week it all evens out. Getting freaked out about it and starving yourself the next day will just make it harder to stay on track.

I don't usually log Sat and sometimes not Sun either but I have a good idea where I am at. Sometimes I eat a bunch on Sat and have beer but my long run on Sun usually evens it out so I still lose. In my younger dieting days I was very strict and felt guilty anytime I went over. Completely useless emotion that didn't keep…
