3/2. 60 seconds. Tomorrow is ab day, so I hope to have some more tomorrow. Have to be honest, crazy sore from leg day yesterday. Upped the intensity, and it worked. Jillian....hope the back is doing better. My chiropractor and I always become well acquainted when I start working out again.

Does whole 30 exclude al caffeine? Could you replace your energy drink with tea or coffee. Might help with the headaches and if time right could also help with hunger. I find the more I plan the better I do but I have found that certain granola bars are my new non-planning go to. Great job on the first day.
