If you ever want to burn this many calories, spend ALL day [8 hours] helping someone move from a third floor apartment. I surely won't be doing that again any time soon!!!!!! My calves are STILL burning!!!!!

Glad it just has to be 45mins. 30 mins C25K, and 15 mins crunches/leglifts. Water today. Question: does water with crystal light packets count? I just hate how flavorless water is...

Hahahaha I love this. :) I'm with you though. I like lounging and doing nothing on the weekends after working ALL week long!! Mon-Fri is when I work to get things done!! Saturday and Sunday are my relax days.

Mad I didn't touch my treadmill this week but happy I still lost!!!! 1.2 lbs down from last week. 210.8 to 209.6

I unfortunately didn't touch my treadmill this week. I have been feeling sick all week. But I stayed within my carb range, and I lost 1.2lbs this week. From 210.8 to 209.6. :)

Feel like a lame-o this week. I have been feeling like crap all week, and haven't set foot on my treadmill. Im gonna try to at least get in some leg lifts and crunches tonight. Im sorry, team!!

I second Dave on Team Abnehmen. He really is quite good at firing people up!! Hahaha. And I'm a fan of the points idea, but no way am I being captain. I'd lose track of my head if it weren't screwed on!! :) I fail at Wednesdays though. Only 16oz so far... Sorry, team WLWP!
