Not 100% true. Muffin tops are not from "stuffing yourself into pants that are simply too small". They're from jeans that are meant to be worn lower, and therefore don't cover the "fluff" around your belly, which then sticks out causing a muffin top. Unless you're comfortable in grandma jeans that fit right at your belly…

I have the same problem, sort of. I agree with the other people, if you have a muffin top, you don't actually fit a size 8, but at the same time, a 10 may be falling off. That's my issue. I CAN wear a 15, but with a muffin top, usually hidden by a sweatshirt, or loose shirt. But when I wear a 17, there's no muffin top, but…

Where is everybody?! We said we weren't tracking points and everyone fell off the grid! :( As for the questions: I did fairly well. 6 and 10 got me. I had no idea it was just an urban legend!! :) And #6, I'm always so anxious when I get home late and have to eat at like 8 right before bed at 9! Good to know that as long as…

I'm in!! I can totally relate!! Things have been crazy hectic recently, and I'm getting a second job, so things will be even more hectic!!! The good part of the second job (besides the money!!!) is that I'll be moving around A LOT more than I do at my desk job!! :)

I'm BACK!! We're all moved in. I'd like to thank Lorie for not kicking me out of the challenge while we were moving!! Hahahaha. :)

Stole this recipe from: http://wingitvegan.blogspot.com/2010/10/halloweegan-kicks-off-with-leggy.html It looked like an awesome idea for a Halloween treat! Leggy Whoopie Spiders (Gluten-Free and Soy-Free) For the whipped ganache: 1/2 cup full fat coconut milk 1 tbsp maple syrup 1 tsp vanilla 7 oz semi-sweet chocolate chips…

My good deed for yesterday was helping someone in my dept at work with their edits. They were falling behind and I didn't have much to do so I offered to give them a hand. Today, I held the door open at the wawa for the guy behind me. :) Small, but it's something.

Unfortunately, I'm not very good at brainstorming... but I do like all of the ideas presented thus far. Although, for the exercise DVD one; we should make it a little more generic. Like, it could be a youtube video, or OnDemand program as well. And I'm not a fan of the bonus pts for doing everyones contribution... if…

I went above and beyond my job limitations to help a patient try to figure out what two charges on her bank statement were for. Does that count? Lol. Otherwise, I held the door open for two of my coworkers after work. I'm generally a generous person so this challenge should be simple for me. :)

I don't know how good my tip is, but here goes nothing! When I make tuna salad, instead of using mayonaise, which is pretty much all fat, I use mustard. Adds a kick of flavor too!! :)

Ugh. Can't do brussel sprouts. The texture gets me. Got all of the crunches done last night, but like Jeannie, my day at the gym is today, so I'll get everything else in tonight. :)

Emily- I must say, I am loving the checklist. I downloaded it to my phone so now ill have it no matter where I am and I can get these challenges done!! Thanks!!
