Water and then I buy popcorn there.

I have friends who always want to hit up McDonald's or Jack in the Box on the way home from a night out. I never get anything. Generally, when it's time to go home, I just want to go to sleep. I only do a night out occasionally, and I can enjoy a glass of wine with dinner.

I'm lucky in that I don't want to snack or eat when I've been drinking. But I can easily drink a couple thousand calories in alcohol.

I love HGtv and always enjoy those types of shows. We aren't in the market for anything now as we're moving to Japan later in the year but I still like to pick out houses that I like.

SENSA DOESN'T WORK?!?!
-
From Lincolnton but currently live in AZ and actually heading to Japan later this year.
-
Portion control. I still eat all the same things. I just pay more attention to how much of them I'm having.
-
Only fruits, veggies, sushi, or cookie dough. I have had raw meat before that was good but I wouldn't want to live my life on it, personally.
-
Monday mornings until I get to my goal. Then I don't know. Maybe once a month or so.

Didn't count on Christmas Eve/Day or NYE/day and still down two and a half pounds for those two weeks.

74 and sunny here today, southern Arizona. Wouldn't trade "winters" here for anything.

If your bikini makes a "bridge" from hip bone to hip bone, anyone can see down your bikini bottom. I think I'll pass on that one.

Tall caramel macchiato. Sometimes no fat, sometimes not. I go to Starbucks rarely so, when I go, I get what I want.
-
Sausage patties on Hawaiian rolls. I'm in desperate need of groceries and that was what I found randomly in the freezer.

If you want to show your cleavage, show your cleavage. Any woman who is showing cleavage knows she may get some type of attention but I don't think that makes it OK for others to make rude comments.

I like wearing makeup but I don't wear a lot and it takes me about five minutes to put it on unless I'm going all out for something fancy. Heck, beautiful models and celebrities generally look better with a little concealer and mascara so I'm positive it's only a plus for me who is far from either of those things.

I love winter. But my winter is currently low 70s and sunny. It's my favorite time of year!
-
Yes but we live thousands of miles away so I think that helps.

I make healthy meals that my husband likes as well. If either of us doesn't like it, I generally won't make it again. I will taste things as I cook or have my husband taste it.
-
If you have a favorite salsa, use it as a topping. They are generally super low in calories.
-
I have the Fitbit One and wear it on my bra, as well. I love it.

39 next month, married for almost 14 years and child free. Definitely not common as a military spouse but it's nice to see so many of us on MFP!
-
Marine wife.

I cheated on Christmas Eve, Christmas day, and had McDonald's and Taco Bell this past week. Still down a pound. But I have no problem starting back the next day or even working a not so healthy meal into my calories.

Marriage isn't for anyone. Neither is having kids. Or going to college. Or a long list of other things that some people think everyone should do. Seems that if you aren't in a serious relationship at this point, but you are already concerned about divorce, then marriage shouldn't be on your plate at any time.
-
It is that in AZ today, actually. At least at my house.
-
I don't think you can lump every "cheater" into one category. Just like all people who have never actually cheated, aren't all good people. Everyone can change if they want to.
-
Merry Christmas! It's 77 here today. We are spending Christmas Eve with friends and Christmas Day just my husband and me with our dogs.
-
Monday. No reason other than that's when I started back on MFP so I stuck with it.

I have a hard time not eating 10+ cookies at a time when they are hot from the oven. I've started making the dough and freezing individual portions so I can grab out one or two at a time to bake.
