Thanks for the relies. I will keep going and see what happens. Two more days of recovery and then I start month 2. I will give it my best shot. I get meal ideas from the nutrition book and I weigh my food and count my calories.

I start month 2 on Monday so let's hope I see results. Seem to be going backwards not forwards. Keep going.
