A workmate (whom I don't interact with at all as in different departments) commented to another workmate that I am close with that I looked much younger now LOL sorry I don't know you but thank you :)

A 26 year old young man flirted with me when out clubbing with my workmates :o told him I was 43 years old not to mention married, and he said well you look about my age and is your husband still around lol. Talk about an ego boost :D

Increased my bike ride from 20km to 25km ...felt tired but proud looking towards 30km next time

I was clothes shopping today and assistant was helping me out. She looked at a couple of shirt sizes and said nope not your size...this is...and handed me a size 12 or US size 8 :) I was quite flattered and thanked her but there's noooo way I am there...yet lol. She was genuinely surprised hehe. It really made my day!

My motivations have evolved over time, initially it was to reverse my diabetes diagnosis which was successful, now I have mini goals to keep me going strong, the next goal is to look great in a dress for my Uni Grad coming up in December :)

tried on a winter jacket this morning (getting chilly now) and was surprised that my once very tight sleeves in the upper arm area are pleasantly loose and comfortable to wear...looking forward to the cold for this very reason lol.
