UPDATE: I am happy to report that I am still maintaining my weight loss o:) its been almost 3 years since I decided to change my life around. Still lots to learn but my health both physically and mentally is at a great place :smile:

1000 day streak today yay! It's also time to reassess my goals and shake up the routine, try out different foods, experiment with other tastes and combinations to ensure I dont fall into a rut..most importantly that I maintain and/or improve on my weight loss achievements so far....next goal 2000 day streak :smile:
