  • I don't think there is anything wrong with ordering off of the kids menu, but if you feel uneasy, a simple tip to keep the calories down is ask for a take out box to come with your meal. As soon as the meal comes, put half in the take out box eat the other half. Then you can enjoy the take out portion at another time.
  • When I'm at a loss for something to cook, I go to skinnytaste.com, they have some awesome recipes, simple and easy and they give you the nutritional information and weight watchers points values...great site to check out.
