as long as your getting the reg amt of cals it tells you in a day(at least over the 1200 for most) then you dont have to eat the extra you burned off....the goal is to have a deficit in calories so you can lose the weight. they already calculated on your stuff that by being under your calories that your body runs on daily…

if your snacking, then id suggest not buying the snacks.....plain and simple if they are not there then you cant eat them. If you want to at least have something on hand to snack on buy pre-cut fruit packages or cut veggies up to store, or cheese sticks, sliced lunch meat even, or hard boil a bunch of eggs to have on hand.…

mine would have to be: 1) drink more water each day; as i usually only get in about 4 glasses :( 2) stay under my calories everyday 3) try to really stick to better food choices 4) loose about 8 lbs 5) try to exercise at least 6 days a week

the only thing I could suggest is to increase your exercise so you can eat more calories a day to off set the increased/bad food. and just stick with it, things are bound to get better, you just have to wait out the storm....good luck and dont break faith in loosing weight

yep, thats what they say after you pee in the morning but before you eat anything, bc this is when your body is the most empty. and you weigh more at night because there's usually food and liquid in you from all day.

I used to get those all the time when I was in track in school.......you can stretch them that helps them a lot, and walking helps actually because its in a way stretching it too......however, I was always told not to run on it or go fast on it until they were healed bc it could just make them worse. they sell these bands…

Ive noticed that too. I can eat a lot better if I just do the exercise. If by chance I have a day I dont I can really notice how it effects my calories, and sometimes I dont make it under in those cases......especially since I got so used to the extra cals added on.
