The measuring tape is your friend, even though the scale isn't sometimes. I know how that goes, but in the 3rd month is when I still started dropping pounds. Everyones metabolism is different, so be pateint, it will come off.

I use Ortega 40% less sodium Taco Seasoning Mix. 1/6 envelope or 1Tbl 260mg sodium. Still looking for more choices though, but this does have a great flavor.

You can do this, record your food daily, its a shocker how many calories some foods are. The best part of this program the more you work out the more calories you get.

marinades chicken, I use the recipe off Old Bay, really good, also I marinade what ever veggies I have in Newman's Italian dressing then rap in foil and put on the grill. Even steaks or pork chop on the grill work. For BBQ sauce I use walden farm hickory smoked BBQ sauce, 0 calories, 0 fat.

Thank goodness I have only read the positive coments, but I also do not read them all either. sounds really good, taking baby steps in to working out will lean to the big stepping. If you can buy a meter that counts steps and miles, got mine at walmart I think it was $6. I keep striving for more steps each day 10,000 steps = 1 mile. Great start :flowerforyou:

They do have a adult happy meal (no toy) lol. When I do (rarely) stop a Mc Donalds I order the grilled chicken wrap NO Sauce, about 210-230 calories (cant remember) but for me the best choice.

I do enjoy the workouts, but the calories burned is some what off, I mean you work your butt off and you burn 65 calories, thats with the mountain climing, :noway: I still continue to use it though. Also dont understand why he wasnt live on there, just animated

There's a great Broccoli Cheese Chowder at Eatingwell.com Only 205 calories not sure about a baked potato soup, but this is a good replacement with potatoes being so high in calories. You could also check this sight maybe what your looking for there.

I mind block, dont think of yourself on a "Diet" this is a healthy way of life a program. If your going to munch, munch on some veggies (watch out for dips though) Eat more protein also, this will fill you up.
