  • try adding alot of veggies to your meals, leaner meat and smaller amounts of carbs, such as pasta, rice, ect. What are you eating for breakfast and lunch? Try egg whites with sauteed veggies. Please tell us what you are eating so we can help.

  • i would try this but think I will sautee the spinach and tomato, mushrooms, onion, garlic then add eggs and top with feta cheese and but it on a 100 cal bagel. Cottage cheese is good but rather have some bread for the calories. thanks for the idea.
  • I do like watching the biggest looser, but also agree that loosing weight that fast is not good. I feel they will gain the weight back if they dont stick to the hours and hours of exercise they are putting in each day. I think they are offered extended privaleges to work out at a exercise facility near by but not sure how…

  • cant wait to watch it either, its been so long forgot about the torch thing. Been watching celebrity fittness club lately which is ok with Britneys ex Keven and a few others, its pretty good.
  • theres no such thing as a bad or good carb, its limiting your intake of them. berries are a lower carb choice, also try adding more veggies and protein, low to no carbs. You can work all foods in even really really bad ones if your willing to work out for it, you can do this

  • when you mentioned tuna, I remember mixing tuna with cucumbers and A1 sauce, I need to look at the A1 sauce not sure of nutritionals. but remember it was good.

I eat 3 meals about 250-350 calories, plus 4 snacks with some kind of protein around 100 calories and exercise most days to stay within my calorie goal. this works for me and I would give it a try.   • scales always seem to give different numbers. I would see if yours needs a new battery and continue to use your scale, it knows your weight loss best and is more convenent.

  • this could be muscle weight, dont discorage. When I began my healthy eating program I did not loose big until my 3rd month. Keep up the awsome job your doing and the results will come, be patient its not good to loose weight fast anyway.:happy:

  • I sometimes grab a lean cuisine or morning star chicken pattie on multi-gran bun. Or toss some chicken and a jar of salsa in a crock pot and let cook all day, 30 minutes before eating add 1 can each of corn and black or pinto beans both drained, yummy.
  • when I make chicken, I make 3-5 portions, using it for different ideas; pizza, omelet, taco, cordon bleu, casseroles, sandwich or what ever I have a taste for.   • I have a wii fit plus, I could be burning calories, and I think I am, its a fun way to work out. I also purchased the biggest loser by wii, and like the work out better.
