  • Recording what I eat - has made me massively conscious of all the unhealthy and unnecessary snacks I had been eating before. Eating less, better quality foods has made me appreciate food much more.
  • Yes I do log gains, although so far these appear to be down to evening weigh-ins when I am generally around 2 pounds heavier. I need to know how much more I have to lose, to keep motivated.
  • How long has this gain been going on? I went through a period of gain as I lost fat and added muscle, it didn't last very long. Try not to worry or obsess about it and take the odd day to go easy on yourself. Keep heart and keep going, good luck :)
  • You have to trust your instincts. Are you pleased to be back with him or just pleased not to be alone any more? Take a step back, go out and enjoy yourself with friends and family for a while.
