  • I'm a full-time student as well. I found that doing all my work in the library, where there is no food allowed, has helped cut back on calories tremendously. To the extent that I'm struggling to eat 1300 calories by the end of the day. Once I'm settled in to my desk in the library, having to leave is a nuisance.
