Oops I just read the posts more carefully and I see how it says that after each test you will be told how many sets of each to complete 3 a week so I get that part. Still need some info. on how to post measurements to the author of the challenge. thanks r

Sounds fun, I would like to join. So the goal is to do these exercises each day....and see how many we can do in a row and then see if that number goes up each day ? I am just a bit confused about the way this works. Also how does one just pm to the author of this post? Sorry such silly questions.

Yes I hope to be at my goal which would mean losing 20lbs by then. See many others who are hoping for the same thing , good to know I am not alone!

That sounds great, can't wait to try it although I don't know if I can find that particular brand of seasoning...will look for a cajun seasoning that is hopefully not too high in sodium. :
