Agave syrup isn't all its cracked up to be. It can raise triglycerides. I found a new sweetener at my local Kroger that is made from monk fruit. Its called Nectresse. It doesn't have that after taste of stevia and tastes good in hot tea.

I think the baby will be still born or perhaps Lori goes off on her own knowing she is going to be hard on the group. Seriously how could she not think of safe sex during a zombie apocalypse happening all around her. She is my least favorite character along with the new blood thirsty prisoner.

I have had issues with this as well, but the other way around. A 100 calorie bike ride on endomondo shows up on MFP as 232 calories.

I linked endomondo with MFP and my bike ride on endomondo showed less calories and documented the bike ride as if it was a stationary bike. I think there is going to be some tweaking to get it all right.

Calories - Cause I'm trying to lose weight Cholesterol - My triglycerides are high and I work diligently to keep it under 200 mg a day Sodium - Under 2400 mg (not so easy sometimes to keep it under but doing good with that) Saturated Fat I watch the carbs last but I usually have left over each day.

Hi kids! I'm 41 and still feel like a kid at heart. Just got started on my journey to a healthier me.

I have high triglycerides so I am following the TLC guidelines. I don't look at it as a diet, its a lifestyle change for me.
