I never really paid any attention to that until I read your post. Last night when I did my lift I was more aware of that I really tried to straighten out before beginning my set. I find that my lift on Monday's is usually great. It might be because I eat more on weekends. Now my Wednesday lift is probably where I would see the most difficulty. Thanks! For some reason I keep focusing on pushing my butt backwards. I lift again tonight so I will def try and drop my bum more. I had to deload on the OHP because I kept failing at 55lbs. I was going based on what the ap says to do.... which I believe if 1 1/2 minutes if you didn't fail the lift. I am not going to lie, there are times when I fail a lift and I *knoooow* I should wait the 5 minutes, but I just do it after 3 minutes or so to get it done. Probably terrible if I want to actually be successful!
