  • Typically none. I have had a couple days in the last few weeks where I have overeaten on a weekend, but then I eat WAY below the next day to compensate. So my average over the week is still around 1200 a day.

  • Well you guys are making me feel lazy lol..... On lifting day I just warm up like the program says ... do my lift... then if I have the energy I will do the elliptical for 20 minutes. On non lifting days I either do the elliptical or jog for 30 minutes.
  • I've been meaning to ask the group.... does anyone else get bruises on their arms from low bar squat? I have a couple bruises on my upper outer arm and I just feel like they won't fully go away because I keep resting the bar there.

  • Yesterday was workout A for me Squats @ 125lbs 5x5 Decided to stay at this weight for another lift. Bench @ 90lbs 3x5 , 2x3 Man the first three REALLY took a lot out of me.   • Rows used to be my most HAAAAATTEDD :mad: lift!!! I found that when I really started to focus more on my butt, legs and chest while moving the bar, it really helped increase my lift. I also would just leave my weight the same for a few lifts until I felt that I could really move it with ease.
