Way to freaking go homie! You are looking awesome!!! If you can do this for 8 weeks, you can totally do it for 8 more... and then 8 more ... and then forever!

Even the tiniest of people have those days. You have accomplished so much in such a short time. Try to focus on that. I find that getting a good workout in when I feel like this really helps bring me out of the slump. Best of luck!

I'm not at maintenance level yet but from what I have read, you kind of have to ease yourself into it. It seems as though you made a big jump in calories over a few weeks and your body just wasnt used to it. I would have started by adding an extra 100 cals a week until you were ready for the full amount.

I completely agree with beattie1. Another things to remember is that this HAS to be a lifestyle change if you want to keep the weight off for the long run. You don't want to think of it as sticking with a diet becuase you will just end up going back to old habits. Just try to think of it as improving your health by doing…

I mostly do at home workouts (I play soccer once a week in addition to that). I don't have a gym membership. Some of the websites I find are useful are fitness blender, dailyhiit, fitsugar and blogilates.

Right now my bra of choice is the dryfit compression bras from nike. They are usually around $30.

I agree with the polar like the PP mentioned. I bought it for under 100 bucks and it has been one of the best investments I have made!

I'm 5'2 and started at about 228 about 10 months ago. I am currently at 178. My goal weight is somewhere around 130, but we will see as I get closer to that. My routine is kind of sporadic to be honest. I started doing the elliptical for 30 minutes. Then I did it for 60 minutes. Now a days I mix it up every week. I have a…

I am currently at 201 (5'2) but started at 228 in July. I started just lowering my caloric intake. Then I started doing the elliptical for 20 min and worked my way up to 1 hr. About three weeks ago, I began doing the 30 day shred.

I started at 228 at the end of July 2012 and am currently at 203. I'm always looking for extra support and motivation. Feel free to add!
