I know that WW wants you to eat all of your points for that day. They say do not go under! Watch your fiber if you are not used to eating alot. I "fiber overloaded" and had the worst stomach pains because the fiber was just sitting around and not moving out of my body. Be sure to drink more than 64 oz of water a day.

i have had some sort of stomache bug and have not been to the gym since monday, but have been eating half way decent! It is so easy to spend $100.00 at the store on healthy food b/c it is so dang expensive. I'm probably going to f up again this weekend b/c of the game!

ohhh boy, I really blew it this weekend! I have no idea how much I consumed and I sat on my *kitten*, did not work out once. Well I'm back on the saddle today. Good Luck.
