  • Salter again. Both for weighing me and my food. I don't bother with body fat scanner as it varies wildly like someone else said. Calipers are more accurate if a bit of a faff.
  • Ooo, that sounds a good one. Hope Charlottina gets well soon. :flowerforyou: Good luck with this weeks challenge people
  • I'd been wondering that myself. Been doing what I can to keep myself going - still another weigh in this week!!
  • Day 7 of 30 day shred level 1 and a good 50 minutes of walking. Its soon going to be party dress season - need to keep it up (and maybe up the ante a bit more!)
  • Wow - done 30ds for 4 days out of 5 this week (the day off was a rest day as I was shattered!). Hope people are doing well - in general, not necessarily with the 30ds challenge. I notice the spreadsheet isn't up to date again though - or is it just me?!
  • Also awesome...not the lack of sleep bit, the 2lbs loss
  • That is awesome!!
  • lol - Just started 30ds yesterday so this is great timing! Thanks. I like the "You'll never regret a workout" phrase as well dreamchaser. Its so true!!
  • I'm around :) Started 30ds yesterday as its coming up to Christmas party dress season plus I have some social events that I have to attend in the next few weeks and I don't want them to derail my and my efforts so if I crack on now I should be fine. Hope people are doing well and enjoying autumn.
  • 0.6lb for me. I'm getting close to my goal now so its really slowing down. I'm starting 30ds as its getting close to Christmas party frock season and wanted some extra oomph to my workout and weight loss. Keep going peeps - some good losses on that spreadsheet!!
  • Tis all fixed I see! Thanks :)
  • I can't see this weeks challenge either so its not just you. I use Google chrome as standard and this is the first week I've not been able to see it.
  • Will the spreadsheet be updated? I'll keep a manual tally until then  Good challenge this week.
  • So far so good here. I'm going to a Bonfire/Fireworks display tomorrow so will have to think of something to have in place of my hot chocolate (tradition!). This might be hard.
  • Real inspiration there girls!! :drinker:
  • Hi Guys. I'm in - if you'll have me?! I have a hen-do at the end of November and I think just stepping away from chocolate may be the push I need to get into my dress. Its not a big thing for me but it can easily be the thing I start eating to take me over the edge into binge territory. I will start Tues 30th as I have to…
  • Oooo, nice! I was in need of some ab attention ready for a dress I want to wear for a hen do in a few weeks. Herbalkitty - Sorry to hear about your pulled muscle! Hope it heals quickly with a few days rest. :flowerforyou:
  • Hello All! I'm a meagre 4'11" so I'm definitely a shorty....as I like my keep fit I'm also a sporty shorty  Trying to lose the weight I put on this year but in a more sensible manner. I'm battling with the idea that I have to eat more and it will take some getting used to I think. Eating sub 1000kcals is all I've…
  • Nice challenge to get me firmly back on the wagon. I fell off it with such a bump last week So, onwards and upwrds. :grumble: Will get some mileage down. Last time we did a mileage challenge I lost loads of weight as I think it mixed up my routine a fair bit. Forecast mild here (Sheffield, UK) for this week before the…
  • Hestion - I feel your pain. I've had a strange week, been to London with work which left me dead tired for the rest of the week. It killed my resolve completely.
  • Can't wait
  • Holmebrook valley park - that brings back Cross Country nightmares that does  (I went to St Mary's which is just behind so we used to have very cold cross country sessions through that park). However, I now love running!
  • Chesterfield-er here! Well, myself lived in Bolsover, hubbie in Newbold...now just slightly over the border in Sheffield but regularly back in good old Ches. Where are you thinking of running?
  • The good thing about Body Pump is that it is customisable - i.e you can just amend your weights. So if you do have a problem with a particular area of your body you can start on a lower weight and progress at the speed you want. Granted the teacher will give you an idea of whether you're "meant" to be going…
  • Charlottina - phew, I can stop rocking in my corner now!! Tis all good - I think its great you take time out just to do this for us. Thanks! :drinker:
  • Same here!
  • I'll be rocking in a corner soon if I can't log against a challenge. Although I do appreciate its some work to put this together.
  • I have really enjoyed this weeks challenges. Can't wait to see what next week will bring!! :drinker: Hope everyone is well and getting over the small blips we all have (I had one of those weekends last week! :grumble: ). Emily - I entered only my true exercise calories as I don't have something that allows me to track all…
  • Op - Thanks for this. Really interesting reading!
  • Agree! I found the other exercise challenges really hard to work into my exisitng workout. Not saying that they aren't good though - I just adapt!!! This one looks good and the exact way to get me back to being the good girl I need to be after a night of many G&Ts and a filthy takeaway at the end of the night. :embarassed:
