If you are not sure about the math, because your activity level changes so much go and find the group "in place of a road map' they have an spread sheet that does all the math for you. I was able to get the scale and BF% going down again after I used it. Good luck :flowerforyou:

I was confused with all of the numbers but after reading IPOARM and sexy pants it all made sense. And the spread sheet does all the work for you :)

Look for the" In Place of a Roadmap" posts in the forum, it explains everything and gives you a real idea how much you need to eat to loose weight. :flowerforyou:

I would find IPOARM here on MFP and figure out how much you need to eat. It looks to me that you did eat way to little. :flowerforyou: After I was down to 1200 cal a day and didn't lose anything for month I found it in the forum and it worked like a charm :) Good luck

I would start with IPOARM. Search it in the forum> there is a awesome spreadsheet, that makes the math for you. I did it that way and it is easy and works :) Good luck !!:flowerforyou:

It gives you the overall calories, not only work out calories :) When I wake up in the morning it shows already 450 calories.

I have it since 4 years now, never had any problems. I was concerned about all the 'horror stories' too. But I had so many other things not working for me that I finally decided to get it. I was absolute worth it. As for weight loss: I lost 35lb while having it, so I don't see any problem at all. The hormone dose that it…

I would recomend to read the in place of a roadmap by Helloitsdan. I did run into the 1200 calories trap to and even if it worked at the start it I did stop losing for almost 4 month until I came across the IPOARM. Now I'm eating around 1800 to 200 calories per day and losing steadily 0.5 to 1 pound a week.

Same problem here....bump for later
