Hello... I have been doing Ideal Protein for one week. I did it years ago and lost weight. I gained it back recently. Back on it again cause I find I respond well to ketosis. This is my first time one one of these communities. I hope to encourage and be encouraged.

When my kids were little I used to keep a set of dumbells on the kitchen counter. I would also use them for resistance training until they got too big. Now they are 5'5" and 5'11" . If I had stuck with it I would be in awesome shape!!!
