  • I hear ya, I know at 153 my BMI is within normal limits but at one time I weigh 132 and was fine too:) pre kids of course!
  • funny you should mention sleep, working midnights really puts a damper on things. I average about 4-6 hours on a good day. Dont laugh but what the heck is TDEE? Total dietary.....??
  • 3-4 chicken breast, medium spice salsa (Garden Fresh Jacks special) can of black beans (drained). 4-6 hours depending on your time. After its done I shred the chicken and eat with tortilla or rice... low fat and high protein:)

  • dont let uncoordination scare you away. It is a fun class and no one is worried about what you are doing, the thing to remember is you are there and burning calories no matter how uncoordinated you feel:)
