Ah, I see. Yeah, our gym has like 5 or 6 power racks and most people working out there seem to use the machines, so I'm not terribly worried about hogging the rack. Lol.
-
So, ya'll don't use the power rack for OHP? How come?
-
I know I sound like an idiot, but: I don't think my gym has extra bars, so I have to pull one off the power rack. So if you load it from the floor, do you just pick up the end you're loading and use one hand to put the weight on? Seems awkward, but I'll give it a try. =]

Converse all stars here. =D

Thanks all. I was going to try BR with 65lbs a couple more times before giving in and switching to an empty bar, but I think I'll go straight to empty bar next time so I can try to correct my form. Can't do the app as I don't have a smartphone, so I printed out a spreadsheet instead. Also, thanks for the link to the group,…

Bump for later. =]

I just made a delicious chili: Weight watchers turkey chili 1 lb ground meat (turkey or lean beef) 1 Can pinto beans 1 can black eyed peas 1 can chili beans 2 cans of rotel 1 can corn 1 pack dry ranch seasoning 1 pack mild taco seasoning 1 onion (chopped) 1 Bell pepper (chopped) Cook meat, onion, and bell pepper until meat…

Try goodwill for those in-between sizes. =D

Log everything. It sounds like a pain, but honestly that's probably the best way to do it. Even if you eat badly (see my last few days) log it. It will keep you aware of what you are putting into your body. As far as water goes: Mio has helped me along with sugar free Hawaiian Punch packets. Good luck on your journey.

To post a pic: imgwww.picturelink.com/img you have to put brackets around img and /img My goal for Christmas is to be less than 140 (that's 34 pounds to go, people). =D

I want to be less than 160 pounds before September 15th (concert and the start of school). Kind of a lofty goal with another 13-14 pounds to lose, but hey, reach for the stars, yes?

What's wrong with acidic foods?

F SW: 179.5 CW: 174 I usually fluctuate 3-4 pounds, but since I started MFP it's been a more consistent 1-2 pounds. I'm also not eating big meals right before bed anymore, usually just a protein shake, which may help.

Bump. =]

Yes. That's $2.00. I had just bought one for $23.00 when they put the Weight Watcher's ones on clearance. So I brought back the other one and got like 3 of the Weight Watchers scales for myself and as gifts.
-
I found a digital Weight Watchers scale at Walmart on clearance for $2. Half pound increments. Haven't had any issues with it (except that you have to tap it with your foot pretty hard for it to come on).

Bump. Only just started, so it's not noticeable enough for any comments yet. But I think I need to bookmark this page so I remember all the comebacks when the comments do start coming. ^-^
