Would it be possible for me to get a copy of this spreadsheet?

Lol, thanks. I'd been looking for something like that.

My graph looks like a saw tooth. I am almost never within a pound of the weight from the day before. So I almost always lose or gain a pound every day.

You can find a half decent bike at Walmart for $150 or so. Go for the better known brands such as schwinn. I personally like the hybrid type bikes. They have big wheels like a road bike but thick tires like a mountain bike, and they're built for comfort so you can sit upright. They look like the old school cruisers but…

Stronglifts! It's easy and takes less than an hour. It trains your whole body and you will feel amazing after you start. Even though it's just weight training, I think my cardio has improved, and I'm only a few weeks in. ETA: oops, I didn't properly read your post 'other cardio equipment'. Erm, try em all out, see which…

I know the feeling. Advice: increase water and protein intake. Keeps you satiated longer, yadda-yadda. Allow yourself small indulgences: a single cookie (or serving of cookies), a serving of ice cream, et cettera. And find healthy alternatives to your favorite binge treats so that if you do wind up binging you end up over…

What he said. Also you should check out Stronglifts 5x5. All compound movements with a set of free weights and measurable progress. I just started week 3 and have already hit and exceeded a personal record. ETA: This program is really simple to follow, there are 2 different work outs and only 5 exercises to remember. If…

Do whichever works for you. Or alternate days. Or do both. Or whichever you're in the mood for. You don't have to commit to one all or nothing. Are you in the mood to work out in the privacy of your home? Or are your shoulders dying for some sun? The point is get moving. You'll see results with either of these workouts.…

Do a Google search for body building, muscle building, supplements, etc.

Whey after a workout, casein at bedtime. Honestly neither of them satisfies like a big juicy steak though... ETA: You might get better information searching a bodybuilding site.

What plan is this?

I do Stronglifts 5x5 and love it. Not sure how it'll measure up to your previous program though. =]

I laughed. Got a mental image of some chick sitting in a corner bleeding out and looking sad.

Congrats, man, super proud of you.

Large plump lips on a guy. I think it's a subconscious thing as all my SO's have had em. I like 1/4 inch gauges on guys as well.

Bumping because I'm at the same height and goal weight. Started at 179, down to 174 after a month. Edit: Tell me your secrets, ladies.

Maybe try posting this in the exercise forum, more traffic there. Also, if you win the lottery you should share since I got the first reply here. =p

I started Stronglifts 5x5 and LOVE it. My cardio sucks majorly, so I enjoy the short sweet workouts of free weights. I have also been sore since I started despite the workouts themselves being easyish. That's a good indication it's working, right?
