what to take for building muscle

I hit my calorie goal but want more muscle ,what should I take as far as protien powders or caratine,,I am new to this so any help would be appriciated,I work out with weights one day and core strenght the opposite days ,I have upped my calories from 1700 to 2290 per day as my fit bit says I burn 3000 calories or more every day,I dont want to lose any more weight ,lost 85 pounds in the last year,and would like to gain muscle,my inches have also gone down,any help with what to take or good exercises,weight training I could do to obtain more muscle would help ,Thanks

    I try to eat at least 100 g of protein a day but would like to supliment this with protein powder,,what is the best kind to take or is there other things I could take to improve my muscle gain

    Whey after a workout, casein at bedtime. Honestly neither of them satisfies like a big juicy steak though...

    I found the muscle milk brand tastes the best and mixes well both the casein and whey

    I dont know anything about what to take or what amounts ,,never heard of casein,,what is that for,,I have only really heard of protein powders and to take more protein for building muscle
