C25K or 30 Day Shred?

I can't decide on which one to do, any advice?

    Do whichever works for you. Or alternate days. Or do both. Or whichever you're in the mood for. You don't have to commit to one all or nothing. Are you in the mood to work out in the privacy of your home? Or are your shoulders dying for some sun? The point is get moving. You'll see results with either of these workouts.

    ETA: I'm doing heavy lifting, starting C25K tomorrow, and have done a few days of 30DS level one. Want to add 30DS back in when I get settled into my classes. Also add me if you need some more friend on your journey. =]
