Doing better today. Walked on the treadmill for 15 minutes this morning. Then went swing dancing tonight..(in a place without air conditioning. I live in Arizona) Didn't have cookies after supper, which has been my habit. Might need to increase my protein though.

Hi.. my name is Peggy and I live in AZ. I'm the granny of the group, I'm 70. So the vigorous exercises don't work for me. Not yet anyway. My goal weight is 145. Currently at 196. Favorite sin food is probably ice cream. Although I do like cookies, too.
