  • Embrace the thighs you'll be happier in the long run plus it's easier to find jeans that balance big thighs against over all.
  • I use 16:8 because my blood sugar has never been stable enough for full on fast days,this was proven several times in high school. But it works well for me. Plus my exercise and work scheduling would make alt day or 5:2 difficult.

  • Whatever is being played in mma that day, which has included 90s game themes. On my own I'm more nonpoint, papa roach, or godsmack.
  • I prefer indoor cardio mostly due to asthma complications with out door allergies in the warm part of the year and it being too cold during that 2 months it's not warm were I live.
