I link going to the gym with something I need to do ie I get off from my morning wfh job and need lunch so before I get lunch I drive past my gym and I'm dressed for it so I do that first then lunch then errands.

Sweat pants or leggings with pockets which ever is close at hand. Random t-shirt usually from a concert or recently mandalorian, if I'm lifting after work I usually just go with my undershirt.

Another consideration is the zombies run couch to 5k has stretching and maybe mobility built into its workouts. It's not in the normal version just the c25k version.

You can have a high body fat % and have muscular legs depending on where your body stores fat. You can't spot reduce this just have to lose and hope eventually it picks there. That being said what happened is likely that you've lost muscle mass in that area and some fat but I'd wager more on muscle.

In all honesty because working out and meal prep/planning gives me something to do at 3 am so I don't crash my sleep schedule.

Darebee has some good stuff. There's usually some progression involving increased reps that you could use to keep it to the singles weight but youll need more within a few months.

All things take time to achieve. I've tried it a few times and hate running so now I listen to zombies run while weightlifting because I do enjoy the story. Incidentally their version of c25k has some stretches etc added in.

Embrace them and buy clothing that show them off. In all honesty they aren't going away particularly if they are mostly muscle.

16:8 is an option or the warrior diet one massive meal a day idea are all also options as IF regulations but its just a protocol to help you lose weight and control calorie intake. According to Google the blood sugar spikes are normalish.

You are doing excellent. Ignore and really don't as a type 2 who can't take metformin, my life would be easier if I could, the side affects suck.

If this becomes a problem again try mixing a 1:1of sports drink and water sip slowly. It'll add back the electrolytes without overwhelming your stomach with sweet hopefully.

Ive never measured my thighs and calves but even at my thinnest I couldn't pull anything smaller than a ten over my thighs but the ten was too big at the waist. This was preskinny jeans craze so I fear it'll be worse now.

I'm Southern so I'll boil fresh green beans or leafy greens with a ham hock (salt cured ham) till tender. Bone spurs in the ankle here I was just given some stretches and strengthening exercises, better shoes with some support and better braces for mma. I was also advised to not allow any kind of lock that's gonna stress the ankles.

Geo caching maybe? Not sure how that works. If you can do it with just something in your head zombies run has a feature that let's you use your phones GPS to run/walk to X location and pick up supplies then go back.

Food pushers make me so glad that most of my family can't cook. The only ones who would notice are my co workers and most just brush it off as being tired of smelling the food we make

Talk to your doc any heavy bleeding that's effecting you to this extent may mean a problem. You can eat more I'm 3 inches shorter and would gnaw my arm off eating that little long term. So maybe scale back to like a lb a week or less it's just 10 lbs it won't hurt for it to take 3 monthes instead of just over 1.

Even with excess sweat from exercise etc you really only need to actually wash like twice a week a rinse does fine, unless you run a tough murder or swim in a lake. :s Warning your hair will look kinda crap for the first month or so while working on this schedule.

I'm a natural IF eater my biggest problem with it right now is lining it up with mma training and school classes. I want to break fast at 2 pm but I'm in class from 1 ish until 4 ish and mma training is over around 9, so yeah working out current kinks maybe some milk I can drink at noon worked well in high school.

I don't like the taste unless I have time to let it sit for 10-15min and get to room temp. Usually I don't have the time.

I'm not a morning eater or evening depending on what's going on I have days where my first meal is noonish and last meal is at 5ish today will likely be one of those days other days it's after 3 when I first eat and I'm eating till 11ish.

Never been a morning eater never had a problem losing when I'm not eating it personally it's easier to lose or maintain on just morning coffee
