I found a 30 day core challenge app that I'm using as a side for beginner mma push ups leg raises and planks with the potential to add in bicycles at some point, and mountain climbers as part of a cardio challenge that doesn't involve running (ow) and jumping (watch me trip over my own feet midair.

I tracked days as starting about 6ish at night to about 10 the next morning and brought veggie type things as snacks that i could eat a lot of. But then I'm an odd duck who likes raw carrots with nothing on em and am obsessed with oranges and watermelon and the like.

If you enjoy the walking stick with it. If you wanna lift get a trainer for form check and something like sl 5x5 if you like running give c25k a shot.
-
Anything except for maybe barefoot running. Find what you like and stick with it.
-
Anything anyone else is doing, cept for maybe barefoot running. Otherwise find something you enjoy and stick with it.

I do core work but that more strong core=strong base=harder to be moved and many of the bodyweight core moves make for a good warmup before mma class.
-
Find an activity you like and stick with it running lifting yoga Zumba etc

Started mma in January and my school emphasizes bjj :)
-
I always liked chips and salsa

I admit I haven't been on fitocracy lately and really only use it to track drill amounts but when did they start charging?

I weigh when I remember tho never during school breaks my schedule gets so weird that I go maintenance for the week or so I'm out. Give once a week a shot
-
Do a cook day on a day off and then package individual servings. Or crock pot soup swear I can feed 4 for 2-3 off of it by myself I could get a week.

I go for more bananas and stretching when this an issue but this sounds like a problem for a doc. Also maybe a massage therapist hurts but actually does help.

If it weren't for my dog it would be all gym the ticks where I live drive me nuts
-
Mixed martial arts twice a week walk the dog after class if I don't have work and I'm debating attempting c25k again to see if some steady state cardio other than walking will improve my asthma issues in the octagon.

Talk to your doc and find a weight that works for you I'm 5'1 and goal is set at 130 due to my build, very top heavy and despite having hit 140 in the past a 50 lb loss that never budged.

Drink more water eat your fruits and veggies use a good moisturizer (olive oil is a wonder for that) Maybe add in a multivitamin

Sounds kinda like the vibration things my chiro puts on my back to loosen my shoulder and neck muscles before adjustments.

Everyone loses differently personally the holy grail for me would be to lose a few cup sizes.

I don't run but I spend a lot of time outside late at night on break and the like. It's a relatively safe neighborhood but I still carry pepper spray in my apron when I leave work and there is an easily accessible pistol. I've also got some mma training and self defense. So yeah while I feel safe there are some areas I…

Lunges and this 5x5x5 thing we do for a warm up/core workout. Reverse crunch, twist situps then twist crunches, first round ain't so bad but at 30 seconds ugh. Yes my conditioning stinks.
-
This one tho I'm not sure I'd object to losing boob I'm a bit top heavy thankfully I've got the shoulders to balance it out.
-
I lose just fine going to school 10-6 4 days a week and then working 9pm to 7am 2 nights a week just count Em as the day before
-
I'm exercise induced and take one before my mma class and keep it on me just in case as I can still have attacks during grappling. This is how my doc prescribed it for me to use.

I found my zen on the mats training mma. Tho I've also been known when it gets really bad to pull out a push mower and mow my yard or walk till I need a ride home.
