I've always had potato salad macaroni salad plain oatmeal and rutabaga trigger my gag reflex really badly. Which kinda sucks I actually like the taste of the two salads. It's a texture issue in my case but this seriously sounds like a doctor issue if it's this severe.

I'm not a breakfast eater so I use a form but I was never a morning eater so this isn't a change

I'd use it in my hair occasionally after baking soda when I need to clarify and in a glass of water as this seems to help with a skin condition i have. (I don't know or care how it works or if it's all in my head I just know the itching eases so leave my delusions be.) But I've never noticed it as an appetite suppressant.

It's more like lose/gain/maintain weight in a way that works for you. I'm not into self torture and denial so instead of going that route I sit down and log say my morning energy drink in advance yes that's 200+ calories that could be used for something else but meh I'm not a morning eater and no one really likes dealing…

I hit my rescue 15 min before exercising and then right before. I'm just lucky and a very minor case tho I di have more problems in the spring.

I don't do traditional cardio kinda bores me. This gonna sound odd but we do this in my mma class, lay on your back legs up at an angle feet off the floor head up and windmill your feet. We do 45 second rounds of that with 10 seconds of mountain climbers in between.

Ok so at a steady and unlikely 2lbs a week your looking at 25 weeks or around 6 months summer next year sounds like a better option to me

Most people can't walk to the bathroom without their phone so that works well. There are several apps and there is some pretty basic math to finding out how many miles you walk if like mine yours doesn't calculate mileage properly.

I dunno due to safety issues 2 of my favorite, hiking and swimming, are out despite ease of access. Neither one is one that should be done alone lol. But I found a class I like and a teaching style I can appreciate very important.

Also when hot and dry saline spray for daytime and a humidifier at night are amazing things. For those of you with colds this also helps and cuts down on sinus infections. I'm prone to very mild lasts for a week intermittent nosebleeds during allergy season.

Mma is catching on out where I live the various schools have different approaches. And taekwondo is back on the upswing.

The one time I was relatively slim I was stressed sick and angry. So I've decided that slim while a good goal is secondary to things like enjoying and being able to do things like mma on the level I want.

Well if the Y will let you join silver sneakers they have a yoga class at some of em that has you in a chair.

I'm technically intolerant of red dye 40 but it acts like a dangerous allergy just with out a quick treatment so have to be really careful.

I dunno I say by dropping her you lost a good hundred lbs of baggage and negativity you don't need. And don't take other people's opinion into consideration weightloss is you and your goals. I can't say I'm the best cheerleader in the world I'm probably a little too blunt for it but if you need to vent I'll listen.

I despise cardio however I enjoy my 45 min of bjj and mma twice a week. I even love my bruises lol. However you lose weight by diet mostly so for fitness find what you like and then do it.

I've got exercised induced I hit my rescue 20 m8m before exercise once and then a second time 5 min before hand. Seems to work better for me than all at once.

It's perception in that case my bra size at the time was a 36 G. I was actually wearing a size 10 jeans but perception was I'd dropped a lot of weight in a small time I'm still big up top but a relatively small waist. 1+1 in this case meant sick.

Join a group on here or fb or somewhere for accountability. I can't say I wouldn't mind giving combat a go if for whatever reason I can't continue my in class mma and that new Tai Chi thing looks kinda cool.
