:noway: I dunno why you would willing go that low on calories or what scares you about it but this is something you should speak to a therapist and your doctor about to make sure being that low doesn't mess up your blood work.

I dunno I know some pretty big people that are fairly active, and there may be more muscle than you think it takes a lot to move that much around. I plan to add more lifting myself but I enjoy it and I kinda enjoy the muscle burn high involved. Do what you enjoy for exercise.

The dumbells are adjustable, however the weight set belongs to my dad and for safety reasons he won't allow the use of the bench as a squat rack. And no that bench doesn't come apart in that way, as long as that has been put together I think it may have rusted together if it ever did come apart that way.

Some peoples bodies just don't react well to certain things. I get cranky eating 5-6 little meals you seem to get sick below a certain carb level these things happen. Discuss it with your doctor if you feel you need to.

Op, since we can't see your diary, give foods like broccoli a try I swear does wonders and other such veggies. Rosebette try adding more water to your diet or just liquids in general excess fiber without enough fluids does the same thing as not enough fiber.

I way every day to amuse myself I was down yesterday I'm way up today but frankly my legs hate me. On the plus side I've finally found a leg exercise that challenges my legs after a crap ton of reps of course.

I'm 5'1 but I've always carried weight well and never looked as heavy as I actually am. Most also guess me as 4-5 years younger than I actually am also. It helps that I've got wide shoulders, as in every time that shoulder pad trend comes around I cut the pads out and it lays well on my shoulders.

Go to a doctor, this could be any number of things also make a side not if it smells oddly or not. I get a yeast infection there and under boob that come and goes for the entire summer, so I have to clean those areas then apply apply something.
