This one I've done similar before without even realizing it and honestly those years I was at least at a stable weight. Its I work till 11 or later some nights that's why I'm considering a 10 pm to 2pm daily fast this will give me the time to work out at before I eat I'm already having to get up at 6-6:30 am to get to my…

Honestly in my case over eating prolly stems from when I was a kid/teen taking Adderall and Ritalin. I rarely had any sort of appetite and my parents made sure that myself and my siblings weren't under eating, this was a problem as of the 5 five siblings 3 of us borderlined eating disorders for various reasons, by making…

Well you are right about not being able to spot reduce. That being said the rest of this is as much BS as anything any one else has said every person is different. I lose weight easily just at a calorie deficit and frankly I'm bulky no matter what I do I'm never gonna have thin thighs and calves they are already mostly…

Worry about eating something. Then when you can actually eat real food and not jello and ice cream then worry about activity. I was young when mine came out but lord that first week sucked I wanted spaghetti dang it. That being said a week or two shouldn't do much damage to your exercise routine or general fitness levels.

General anxiety issues myself though mine stems from my ADHD and the occasional inherent bouts of depression. Oddly enough I only experience really strong attacks and those are rare and triggered ie losing my glasses, crowds, or a lot of really loud people even if I'm not in a crowd but usually its some combination of…

Really? Couldn't prove that one by me been everywhere from 140 lbs all the way up to 206 lbs and in that time my boobs have stayed a consistent 34G for the last hmm 7 years now. And the 140 lbs was about 5 yrs ago.

pfft I first lifted in high school and was lifting as much as some of the guys in my class. For the record I've always been strong for a female and was doing some after school activities that did lovely things for my leg and core strength as well as essentially being a a grunt for a handyman over the summer. Start where…

I'm 5'1 and I'm set to lose 1lb a week at 1720 I don't hit it often just by watching portion sizes. I'm closer to eating about 1600 a day really. I just had a big drop but that may have been the swelling finally dropping from spraining my knees last week. But I'm losing about 1.5 a week I'm expecting that to slow soon…

Everyday after the morning bathroom run. I however only log once or twice a week and its purely for accountability this in no way affects my day.

Sounds great to me.

Well this go round I've been doing good. I don't eat much when stressed and with exams and all this is actually helping me have eating habits which is always my downfall. I'm not paying attention to time etc really absent minded and then boom I'm starving and eating a ton in one sitting repeat cycle. So this helps with…

I've taken it and I did lose weight that being said I lost weight because it makes me too nauseous to eat anything. And I can control my blood sugar just as well without it by cutting out sugary drinks and cutting back on the Reese's cups.

The fat goes away with time and a calorie deficit. That being said some people don't have the long lean muscles that are so in vogue right now some of us are just built solid for lack of a better term.

Just explain that your making a lifestyle change for you but that you truly do enjoy the food an atmosphere. And ocassionaly that extra plate of whatever (pasta primavera here) is fine.

Seeing 206 on the scale.

Don't feel bad about eating a bit and stopping. Compliment enjoy the food and conversation but never feel pressured to be full.

I'm on the shot and tons of people tells horror stories about that but my weight gain wasn't from that and I'm losing fine. Not everyone reacts to everything the same particularly hormones.

Rework your day a bit to make it fit. I'm southern and manage to fit a 2 piece dark with slaw and deep fried apple sticks into my days. I just cut back on the snacks and do grilled fish or boneless skinless chicken for dinner, I probably won't be hungry again until well after 9 on those days anyways.

body fluctuates quite a bit through out the day and even from scale to scale so pick a time, a scale, and an outfit and weigh in that once a week or so

I love the wraps from mcdonalds and wendys go with the snack wraps tho. bonus you can get apple sticks instead of fries.

I guesstimate. I work in food service so I do a lot of food prep and have a fairly decent idea of how much of something is however many ounces. Lets me know a guess of how much I can eat and how much to put in a togo box. And remember a heaped little bowl (also known as a monkey bowl) of veggies is about 6 ounces.

I don't eat much when I stress. My coworkers currently have a rule I'm not allowed to go home without eating something which will likely continue being enforced until I finish my degree program. So I have a nasty habit of dropping weight.

One BMI is a crock talk to your doc about healthy weight for you. two eat more your trying to lose 15 lbs I'm trying to lose 50+ and I'm given 1730 a day

I had high blood pressure issues at about your age and younger due to a medication I was taking, the advice the doctor gave my parents was to not add salt to what I was eating and to not eat excessively salted foods such as country ham or that shaved meat stuff. Watch the processed foods to those tend to have a ton of salt…

"Fake it till you make it" should be the waitresses slogan lol we use it so often (Way off topic but true)

Thanks these are all great ideas. I'm iffy on the oatmeal ones though never liked plain oatmeal to the point of I successfully stubborned my way out of eating it as a child. But it may be time to invest in a small good will crockpot. Will try the oats and greek yogurt. Again thank you all so much these 8 am classes are…

Boost very vanilla high protein... I'm a menace to the microwave when I first wake up so the shake is safer for all concerned, I'm a great cook the rest of the time though.

With no loss the question might be how do you feel? Do you feel better physically?

Why would you want to be 110? 130-132 is a normal weight for that height. But maybe try going down to 1500 instead of below 12 ouch. Give lifting a go if the problem is body composition.
