I'd be asking credentials real quick... I already have an awkward food allergy type thing I'm not about to remove foods that are pretty much a safe bet to eat.

Because the calculated calories don't include your exercise calories those you add in later.

Lacking a gym with a squat rack there are dumbell work outs also I feel so bad struggling with the 3 lb weights on my arms no upper body strength lol. There is also joining classes etc.

I use allergy pills an inhaler and saline spray for various reactions. This said see your doc cause honestly something doesn't seem right with this.

If you have an Martial arts school or mma school check there most sell rashies.

Personal preference I do 16:8 because the whole morning eating thing just leaves me queasy and ravenous later on.

I'm in a slightly different situation in that while I live with family as an adult I have more control over what I eat as I cook 1 night a week (it's the only night I'm home) and bring home dinner twice more. I see no point in eating and cooking for just one and really don't know how to but I know all the recipes my family…

Not really the biggest change is whether my gi pants stay on after class.

How much are you drinking a day? Cause everyone says a gallon is good but my water retention is lowest when I'm hitting around 2 this is including all drinks not just water.

I've got one in my calf that I likely should've angled better one of the edges is in a muscle ridge (is there a name for that?) when I flex but otherwise nothing untoward. I'm holding off on a side piece till after loss for a better canvas.

I usually spar with the other girls but that's mostly cause they are closer to my height I'm really short the other reason is out of my beginner class I'm the most experienced and the the newer girls are more comfortable with another female.

Yoga? Keep it slow and ease in to it?

I usually drink a high protein shake in the am but I'm not big on solid foods for a few hrs. Hasn't increased losses or anything tho.

Use 2 Lil bands then or I just let my sparring gear hold it back at that point... I have to readjust after a serious roll session tho.

This may seem an odd question but bear with me im a waitress. What kind of shoes and inserts are you wearing to work in? Because I can tell you there is a very big difference in the $25 El cheapos I buy at Walmart and the really nice ones I buy when I can afford them. This difference also translated to how I felt during my…

Salmon and broccoli with either brown rice or (insert random in season fruit here) tends to be my first solid meal of the day unless I'm at work which then is a salad or a blt but every meal no thank you. Even I don't like fish or chicken that much and I'm one of the nut jobs who actually likes granola and rice cakes lol.

I tend to wear my strike shorts and in considering a rash guard

Been doing stretches at the end of my workout particularly focusing on hips. In my hobby head kicks are a commendable goal.

When it comes to your mother and the scale it may be a good idea to show your diary and how much you are eating. Possibly work with her on a specific schedule to eat so she can see you eating and feel reassured.

I supplement a low fat low call protein shake with like 2 net carbs in the am in place of brekkie. Not doing Atkins or anything just want to use the calories else where and I'm not an am eater.
-
5'1 goal is 140 for walk around and seeing if I can safely hit 125 for competition as I'm a seriously undersized 135.
-
I do a low cal protein shake because I need calories in the am but solids make me queezy if I haven't been up a few hrs. Helps me hit or exceed macros.
-
Could bring your gym bag with a change of clothes and do a body weight routine while you wait just add baby wipes or something to get the worst of the bo off.

Dude my doc says bmi is useless for me at my lightest I was 10 lbs over a "healthy" bmi but because I lose very little mass in the chest area leaving me wearing a 36 G bra and my lovely muscled legs kept me in a size 10 pants with a belt keeping them at the waist. Bmi is not the be all end all hun.

Rec specs is what I'm getting recommended but I may just figure out contacts since I kinda wanna wear then for my brother's wedding and it would make grappling days easier.
