Hey Felicia, I'll join you! I made it to about Week 5ish last year, then I for some reason stopped, but I've been thinking about trying again, so this is as good of a time as any! Let me know the details!

I'm with ya...going for 15-20 lbs. I'm 24 and also trying to get in shape for my man. We're both in the military. We haven't seen each other since May, and he's coming to visit in November (hopefully moving here next summer) and I want to impress him too. Sending a friend request now! :)

WOW! I agree, it looks like you lost AT LEAST 15 pounds. I can't wait to get my 30DS unpacked when the moving truck gets here with it and start immediately. Your pics are such an inspiration. Congrats on your hot new body!

Your back and waist is looking awesome! And you are definitely getting a cute little butt! Aaah, I'm jealous! I gotta get back on the 30DS!

I mix it with honey mustard and put it on a sandwich. Also last night I mixed it with maybe a teaspoon of cream chese and salt & pepper and put it on top of 2 halves of a toasted english muffin, then topped that off with a half a slice of cheese on each side. Baked it in the toaster oven for about 8 minutes....delicious…

This is so awesome, just had it for dinner! I mixed about 3/4 of a tablespoon of cream cheese in place of the mayo, because I hate the stuff, along with some salt & pepper. And didn't have shredded cheddar so I took a piece of white american and broke it into 4 squares, and used 2 squares on each english muffin half.…

Turkey sausage, mushrooms, low fat feta.....those are usually my staples for my egg whites.

Learn to substitute. Instead of mixing sour cream into enchilada filling, use greek yogurt, or fat free/light sour cream. Use the 98% fat free cream of chicken/mushroom instead of the full fat. Use butter substitute, and replace oil with applesauce in baked goods. I personally don't like my food super salty, even before my…

Never heard of that before...but I'm intrigued!

Whenever I have food that I have to guess on (homemade by someone else, food from a whole in the wall restaurant, etc.) I just look up whatever type of food it is and click on a few different selections and look at the calorie content, then choose one that's on the higher end of mid-range for that type of food. If for…

You can't technically save it into your recipes without going in and manually entering it. But if you comment on a recipe, that particular thread will be saved in your 'My Topics' tab. That's why you see a bunch of people just typing 'bump'...saving a thread to their topics so they can find it easily later. :)

Neyes67: I added the sodium intake in the original post for you!

I love checking out new recipe sites! http://www.cookinlean.com/ -- this one is great! It's called Cookin Lean Like Paula Deen...she 'healthifies' some of Paula's stuff. http://crockpot365.blogspot.com/ -- great, mostly low-fat recipes. Also is all gluten free, for those of you who need it. I don't, but love the site all…
