This has always been my best method of losing weight. Walking on the treadmill or on the track allows me to lose weight more than any other exercise (elliptical, stepper, etc). Coupled with weight training, it really does the trick. I'm hoping to work up to jogging/running a 5K. :)

I weigh twice a day: once in the morning and once in the evening. That way I have an idea of where I stand. However, my 'official' weigh in day is Wednesday. That is the weight that I record.

Awesome job! I am the same height. Hopefully, I can get back to 140, but 135 would be even better!

I'm starting over again. I seem to keep losing the same weight over and over in the last few months so I decided a fresh start is in order.
