I experienced the same thing but with my family instead. It went from harmless comments to as bad as my mom stopping me from using smaller plates to eat. 1. Belly 2. Boobs - whyy? :( I don't notice localized weightloss anywhere else in my body. The weight go down but my body proportions stay about the same. Although the one time I weighed 15kg less than I weigh now my mom said I had the face of a sick person. Super encouraging right?

I love cheat days! I just track everything I eat and keep it at my 'maintenance' calories for the current weight. For example, I literally had chocolate, mini-pizzas and soda yesterday, but managed to keep it at 1,700-ish. Moderation is key!
