My husband lost 30 lbs. in like 10 weeks! He completed the program (13 weeks) and is still doing it but not as often. He says he feels much healthier and better about himself. He told me "I am never going to lift a weight again". He loves DDP yoga and plans to keep doing it. He ate super healthy during the program but now…

I have some of those at my work as well. Most of the time I am able to say no thank you. When they really get to me I eat at my desk and go workout during lunchtime or go eat my lunch outside. Good luck.

Thanks for posting all the great info about my favorite fruit. I love bananas so much that on my weekly grocery shopping trip I buy one bunch ready to eat and one bunch green. My co-workers like to tease me about how many I eat but I really have always loved them.

No! If he starts out lying to you then thats how he is. Know that you deserve better than that. As the saying goes "There are plenty of fish in the sea". Of course there are people who are not good on those sites but there are a lot of wonderful people also. Thats how I met my hubby.

I can't wait to get my video in the mail. It got held up a little because of the snow storm. I like Jillian because she gets results but I like the way Bob is with his team. Can't wait to see more results.

I did not do as well as I would have like this week. My goal for this week is to focus on eating better every single day and kicking it up a notch for working out. Does anyone else struggle with not letting your spouse/significant other influence what you eat?

I have become aware of what my trigger foods are and try to either not have it in the house or buy it in portion sizes. For example I love chips. So instead of buying a big bag of chips I buy single size portions. And my trick is leave the wrapper/bag/plate right where I can see it so I can remind myself I have already had…
