  • I do read everything. I think I forgot to mention in the post that 20 out of 24 sugar comes from the tea with sugar. So I'll just substitute that and see where it takes me. How does stevia taste? Is it better than splenda, if you ever tried splenda? I don't like the slightly bitter aftertaste of splenda.
  • I don't eat a lot of fruits. I will substitute the sugar in my morning tea with Splenda and see if that helps at all.
  • Thx for the advice. I dont think my sugar is coming from carbs or fruits. My recommended daily sugar is 24 and 20 of that comes from the morning tea. I am thinking about substituting those 2 tsps with splenda. I just don't like the taste of splenda in the morning :ohwell:
