  • I think that sounds reasonable. If you are really wanting to get a more accurate calorie count you should get a heart rate monitor. I have a Polar FT4 and I love it. I ran for 30 minutes today and it said I burned 330 calories. I usually average a little over 100 calories every 10 minutes at 10:30/mile pace.. I weight 170…
