I didn’t weigh in this morning…part of it was not wanting to and I also forgot cause I had to get up and get to work much earlier than normal! If I’m able to weigh in tomorrow I can do that otherwise I’ll take the pass this week.

This week has not been very good!! I haven’t worked out at all…I might take a pass on the weigh in on Friday! Tomorrow is a new day and I plan to get back on track!

Today has been a other great day!! I did great with food, worked out, went for a walk, and my son and I are still doing our sit-ups nightly!

The weekend wasn’t great! We went to the fair on Sunday, fun times and good food 😁 today has been a good day for food and exercise!!

Yesterday was not the greatest but I worked out at 9:30pm Instead if skipping!! Also the sit-ups daily are going well! I’ve been tracking and meal planning ahead of time which is helping! I also have most of next weeks meal plan created!! Hope everyone has a great week!!

Today has been another great day!! @conleywoods yes we did start it on Sept 1! He is such a trooper!! I’m feeling good and did some breakfast prep for the rest of the week and weekend! Egg bites! Yummy!

I had a great day! Took my vitamins, ate great and got in a workout and a walk!! I’m feeling good!! Trying so hard to get back in the right mindset! My son and I also decided for September we are doing a sit up challenge and have to do 25 sit ups every day so that is been fun!

I have always been taught that when women are trying to lose weight we lose like a bath tub drains from top to bottom, that's why so many of us get frustrated and give up because we aren't seeing the results we want where we want to see them. So be patient and keep giving it your all and eventually you will lose it!!!

Great Job!! I feel the same way, the other day I was chatting with a girlfriend and told her that I feel so good since I started losing weight and I was so excited to have "fat jeans" because I have only ever had "when I lose weight jeans." It feels so great to have my smaller jeans starting to get big on me.

Step Aerobics burn a lot of calories and personally I love it, I do EA Active on the Wii and enjoy it alot!

My mom also has a really hard time drinking water and she mixes a small amount of Propel with her water to make it easier for her to drink. Just an idea if you want to get away from the Crystal Light
