Well, I have lost 5.2 pounds since I started this challenge in August:) It has been a little slower this month, but I have definitely eaten more that I need to! lol! But, back on track this week and I am almost to my first goal of losing 10% of my body weight!! I'm getting there!

I lost 2.8lbs this week! I am so excited that the scale keeps going down! I have lost a total of 13.5lbs so far.

I weigh every friday too:) This week I lost 1.2 pounds. Not as much as I would like though I have lost a total of 11pounds in 6 weeks.

I want to be in the healthy bmi category!!! I have 40.2 pounds to get there!!! I hope to at least be in the overweight category by Christmas! lol! My goal weight is 136...I am at 176 right now so I have a ways to go!!
