My sugar is out of control. I was over my "limit" before breakfast was even over. I always thought that the sugars from fruit would be better than sugars from candy bars. Like the complex/simple carbs?

MFP actually recommended a 1200 calorie plan for me, as did a doctor a couple of years ago. So not really unheard of. But with working out and stuff, I do end up having to eat more than 1200.

I have been working out at home lately, but I used to love working out in the gym. Being in the gym environment motivates me to work harder. Plus, I don't want to wimp out in front of people, lol.
