Im booked for 27/09 a bit nervous..started shake diet last week down nearly 6kgs..I read that some people have issues with their teeth afterwards so now I am a bit worried..

I have 4 year twin daughters and my baby daughter who is nearly 2, not a baby anymore! Its funny with your first you want to hit the milestones early but when its your second and in my case last you dread every milestone because it means they are growing up too fast! Anyone else feel that way?

I think its just jealousy. When I lost weight before getting married people would comment saying you should stop now if you get skinnier you will just look ugly. I think its just when you have made such a dramatic transformation it makes them feel self conscious so they try to put you down to make themselves feel better.…

Totally agree. I have become overweight because I didn't listen to my body telling me I had eaten enough. If you have a big workout you will naturally be more hungry but you should only eat until satisfied. How will we get anywhere if we keep force feeding ourselves.
