Unfortunately, for most of my friends who had trouble conceiving, weight loss alone was not enough and they ended up using fertility treatments after weight loss alone was unsuccessful. HOWEVER, that is not to say it doesn't work or isn't helpful. I would definitely recommend trying to lose weight before going with…

I might be drooling, thanks for sharing!

Fantastic, very inspiring. Keep up the good work!
-
Nice work! Hold on to those small accomplishments. :)
-
Congratulations, that is a huge accomplishment!

Plain greek yogurt with maple syrup and cinnamon topped with walnuts!
-
That looks really good! Like previous poster said, I wouldn't be too worried about the meat, especially since deli meat can be packed with sodium I would opt for "real" meat instead of processed.
-
Typically I use the raw weights, it's easier in my opinion. That way you don't have to worry about the variations caused by cooking (loss of water etc).

Plain greek yogurt with 1/2 tbsp of 100% maple syrup and cinnamon! So good, I also love natural unsalted almonds.

This seems correct, if you read the directions on the box it may call for butter or oil to be added. If you did not add anything and used water go with 210 otherwise use the higher calorie estimate.
-
This exactly. What kind of dietary changes are you considering?

I am on day 9! I love it, you can see my progress on my facebook page www.facebook.com/graceconnected I'll join your group!

I'm currently on day 9 of Jamie Eason's LiveFit Trainer. My ultimate goal is to go from 17% body fat (current BF) to 14% BF. I would like to lose a few more pounds of fat and gain more muscle! I would love to be anywhere in the 130-135 range.

Starting weight: 142 Goal weight: 130-135

Sounds good to me! :)

My daughter is 18 months now! I gained 65+ while pregnant. I've currently lost the baby weight +20lbs. MFP is a great place to get started, you'll find lots of support and encouragement. Good luck, feel free to add me.

You are doing a fantastic job! Make sure to really celebrate those milestones when you reach them, it's an important part of the journey. Rome wasn't built in a day and the body you want doesn't happen overnight. We're all proud of you keep up the good work!

Like the previous poster mentioned, you'll get a lot of people that swear by high calorie or low calorie diets. I say do what works for you, play around with it until you find something that works but make sure you give it at least 1-2 months before you "give up" and don't focus only on what the scale says. Take before and…

Anywhere from a 2-6 US in womens sizes. :)

I buy myself something I want, for me usually it's new workout clothes. For you it could be anything that is a splurge! I avoid rewarding myself with food because food isn't a reward it's just food.

What you should do is have your body fat measured. Since you are not overweight the goal is to reduce your body fat percentage. Once you know where you're at you can make a goal. Cardiovascular exercise will not help you achieve the tone you are looking for, what you CAN do is start weight training. Don't worry you will…

Congratulations on taking the first step to a better healthier life. You've made the personal commitment and that is huge. I've been on MFP for over a year now and I love it, you'll find lots of support and information at your disposal. :)

I'm happy to have new friends to share my journey with, feel free to add me.

I would track two things. 1. Body fat % , If you're weight goes up but body fat % goes down then you're doing fine! 2. Measurements, if your weight fluctuates but you are still losing inches again you're doing just fine. I gained about 5lbs when I really started lifting but my body fat % went down, that is how I track my…

I took a quick peek and it looks good to me, you're keeping all your macros under control and eating a balanced diet. My only suggestion is to lose the Coke but I'm sure you know that. ;) You're already making a huge step towards a healthier you just by being here and logging your food, it's a personal commitment and I…

You can add me, I started on MFP after my daughter was born, she is now 18 months! Having friends and a support system is a huge part of reaching your goals. Good luck I know you can make your dream body happen!

There are three things that have helped me overcome the number on the scale (because it lies). 1. Get your body fat % measured and be more concerned about lowering that than what the scale is saying. 2. Measure inches lost, there are many times the scale never moves but you are losing inches. 3. Progress pictures, when you…
